Charming West Coast Style House with stylish décor. Situated right on the beach on the Mosselbank side.

Accommodates 4 adults. One en Suite double bed bedroom, shower and bath. One double bed bedroom with shower. Two children on matrasses if so required, own bedding needed.

Inside braai/open plan living- and kitchen area. Outside patio with braai. Fully equipped, all linen and bath towels provided.

Guest should bring own beach towels, as linen is strictly for house use only Microwave, DSTV, Music system, washing- and drying machines

Description

This lovely studio has twin beds and a double sleeper couch. The unit below is the main house, but is completely private.

There is a full bathroom with a bath and separate shower, toilet and wash hand basin. There is a t.v. in the lounge. The kitchenette has a microwave, fridge, cutlery and crockery (limited cooking).

Outside there is a garden table and chairs on the patio with a braai, this area has its own separate entrance and an 8 minutes walk from the Camps Bay Beach or Cliftons Beach 4th Beach.
